Job Description
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for every outlet where our guests eat and drink – Restaurants, Bars, Room service, Banquets, and Conferences — balancing culinary excellence with profitability. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring premium quality standards, supervising staff, and driving innovative menu and promotional strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and ensure guests receive heartfelt care
- Manage restaurants, bars, conferences, events, and room service
- Develop strategic plans to hit revenue and profitability targets
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional service
- Create menus reflecting trends and guest preferences
- Monitor inventory, manage ordering, minimize waste
- Implement health and safety protocols and handle guest feedback promptly
Requirements
- 10+ years cognate experience in food and beverage management
- Deep menu and beverage knowledge
- Strong leadership, budgeting and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record in customer service and team motivation.
- Flexibility for evenings and weekends
- A bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
